Organization Roles

Explanation of Each Role Within an Organization

  1. Owner

    1. Can view, access, and edit all Organization depositions  

    2. Can invite, edit, or delete account memberships to Organization 

    3. Can schedule depositions  

    4. Billing and analytics (Future Capability)  

  2. Manager

    1. Can view, access, and edit all Organization depositions  

    2. Can invite, edit, or deactivate account memberships to Organization  

    3. Can schedule depositions  

  3. Coordinator

    1. Can view, access, and edit Organization depositions  

    2. Cannot invite, edit, or remove account memberships to Organization  

    3. Can view or edit any linked case

    4. Can schedule depositions  

  4. Member

    1. Can only view, access, and edit Organization depositions they are assigned as Host Role 

    2. Their primary purpose is to be assigned as the Host for Organization depositions

    3. Cannot invite, edit, or deactivate account memberships to Organization  

    4. Cannot schedule depositions  

Access to depositions and assets will disappear when an individual is removed as a Manager, Coordinator, or Member.
